Astraler Technology is looking for a Senior Tester to lead the quality assurance of our web and mobile apps. You’ll be the key person ensuring product stability and user experience, while mentoring junior testers and gradually developing into a QA Team Lead role.

• Design and execute detailed test plans for mobile and web applications.
• Conduct manual, regression, smoke, and integration testing across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, browsers).
• Manage and track bugs using Jira, ensuring issues are properly documented and verified after fixes.
• Perform API testing (Postman) and validate data integrity through basic SQL queries.
• Work closely with Developers, PMs, and Designers to clarify requirements and improve product quality.
• Maintain clear and structured test documentation including test cases, results, and reports.
• Mentor junior testers, review test cases, and support test planning for smaller projects.
• Proactively contribute ideas to improve QA processes and testing efficiency.

• 3–5 years of experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and software release processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Postman, and SQL.
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (English & Vietnamese) and teamwork spirit.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to lead or mentor other testers.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
