We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be a key contributor, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems, while also playing a significant role in the front-end development of our applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems.
• Collaborate with the product manager to translate features and requirements into functional applications.
• Work with the development team to write high-quality, clean, and well-documented code, utilizing our chosen technology stack and adhering to best practices.
• Contribute to front-end development, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes. 
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Node.js developer.
• Experience designing and developing APIs and microservice-based systems.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js development, including experience with at least one Node.js framework (e.g., Express, NestJS). 
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to both back-end and front-end development. 
• Familiarity with JSX, React Components, and Redux. 
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub (or other version control systems). 
• A strong self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a product-focused mindset.
• A commitment to writing clean, well-structured code and adhering to web standards, responsive design principles, and mobile-first development practices. 
• A strong understanding of security and performance best practices in web development.
• Good understanding of object-oriented analysis and design principles.
• Experience with Docker is a plus.
