Human Resources Officer

The Role

Join our growing organization as an HR Officer and play a vital role in managing the full employee lifecycle. You'll be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personnel Management & Labor Relations:
  • Manage recruitment processes, including probation and contract administration.
  • Facilitate employee performance evaluations.
  • Administer commendation and disciplinary actions.
  • Process employee transfers, appointments, and separations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and implement appropriate disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee leave requests.
  • Address employee concerns and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Generate accurate monthly personnel reports for management review.
  • Accurately process payroll and maintain detailed attendance records.
  • Administer employee insurance programs.
  • Implement and manage employee welfare activities, including visitations for significant life events. 
  • Develop and execute programs that enhance employee well-being.
  • Recruitment, Training & Administration:
  • Support full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Other Duties:
  • Complete tasks as assigned by the CEO or HR Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on payroll and compensation & benefits management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, talent management, compensation, benefits, and social insurance regulations.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required) and Google Workspace.
