We’re looking for an energetic Office Administrator to keep our workplace running smoothly while helping shape a positive and engaging company culture. You will manage daily office operations, support internal activities and events, and assist with sharing company culture updates on internal channels and the company fanpage. Working English is required for interacting with international guests and understanding internal materials.
-Office & Workplace Operations
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and support guests during office visits.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and professional.
- Oversee supplies procurement and inventory (stationery, pantry supplies, office assets).
- Coordinate vendor services (maintenance, utilities, facilities) and manage related payments.
- Track, maintain, and organize office equipment and assets.
- Assist employees with travel logistics and office-related support when needed.
-Internal Culture & Events
- Support the planning and organization of internal events such as Company Trip, Happy Lunch (twice a month), training sessions, Year-End Party (YEP), and other engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Work closely with HR and internal teams to help create a positive and engaging workplace environment.
-Internal Communications & Culture Updates
- Assist in sharing updates about internal activities and company culture on internal channels and the company fanpage.
- Take simple photos during internal events or activities to support internal updates.
- Work with HR and other team members to ensure communications reflect Astraler’s culture and values.
-Reporting & Ad Hoc Support
- Prepare regular updates or reports on office operations, events, and related activities to the HR Manager.
- Provide support for additional initiatives that help improve the overall workplace experience (up to ~10% of duties).
